Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-17

1. Introduction

Welcome to ClickEasyLink, a parallel tracking and attribution platform operated by CLICKEASY LIMITED. By accessing or using our website (clickeasylink.com) and any related services, including but not limited to our tracking links, reporting dashboards, and API endpoints (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User,” “You,” or “Client”) and CLICKEASY LIMITED, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (EIN: 87-2900385, D‑U‑N‑S: 12-028-7394). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

ClickEasyLink provides a high‑performance attribution and tracking platform built on Cloudflare's global edge network (500+ data centers). The Service enables advertisers, affiliates, and agencies to accurately track clicks, attribute conversions, and optimize campaign performance across multiple advertising platforms.

The Service includes the following core features:

  • Standard Redirect Mode – a traditional 302 HTTP redirect with full referrer preservation and customizable meta‑refresh fallback. This mode is suitable for environments where server‑side redirects are permitted and expected.
  • Google Ads Mode (200 OK) – a parallel tracking method that returns an HTTP 200 status immediately and uses client‑side navigation to the landing page disclosed in the visible redirect query parameter. This mode leverages Cloudflare Workers and D1 database synchronization for attribution at the edge. The visible redirect parameter is honored as the next hop and is not overridden by a backend-only destination, supporting transparent Google Ads tracking-template requirements.
  • Bot Shield v9 – a high‑speed regex‑based filtering engine that inspects every incoming click against 30+ known bot signatures, including scrapers, crawlers, and headless browsers. Bot Shield operates at the edge, blocking fraudulent traffic before it reaches your landing page or consumes tracking quotas.
  • SARGable Reporting – an analytics engine built on Search ARGument ABLE query principles, enabling sub‑second drill‑down across millions of click records by dimensions such as geography, ISP, device type, and custom tokens (c1–c10).
  • API & Postback Integrations – server‑to‑server conversion tracking, Google Ads offline conversion uploads, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events, GA4 Measurement Protocol, and support for all major affiliate networks.

ClickEasyLink reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice. We continuously update our platform to maintain compatibility with evolving advertising platform policies and privacy regulations.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ClickEasyLink provides industry‑standard authentication mechanisms; however, account security ultimately depends on your diligence in protecting your credentials.

You agree to the following security obligations:

  • Choose a strong, unique password for your ClickEasyLink account and update it periodically through the Profile Settings page within the dashboard.
  • Immediately notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.
  • Log out from shared or public devices after each session to prevent credential leakage or unauthorized use.
  • Ensure that all individuals granted access to your account are bound by confidentiality obligations and comply with these Terms.

ClickEasyLink shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, pending verification of the account owner's identity.

If you access the Service via an API key, you are responsible for keeping that key secure. API keys can be regenerated at any time from the dashboard, and any requests made using a compromised key shall be considered authorized by you until you notify us and the key is revoked.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a secure, reputable, and compliant tracking environment for all users, ClickEasyLink enforces a strict Acceptable Use Policy. By using the Service, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities, and you accept full legal responsibility for all content and traffic directed through your tracking links.

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, Phishing & Deceptive Practices – Using the Service to facilitate fraudulent transactions, phishing attacks, identity theft, or any form of deceptive or misleading activity. This includes creating tracking links that impersonate legitimate brands or services.
  • Malicious Software Distribution – Setting up redirect chains or landing pages that distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Illegal Content – Directing traffic to content that is unlawful, promotes violence, incites hatred, exploits minors, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Ad Network Circumvention – Attempting to bypass the review or enforcement systems of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, or any other advertising platform by masking, faking, or dynamically altering landing page content after ad review.
  • Unauthorized Automation – Using the Service to send automated clicks, generate fake conversions, or artificially inflate campaign metrics.

4.2 Transparency Obligation (Redirect Compliance)

As a condition of using ClickEasyLink, you must maintain full transparency in all tracking redirects. This obligation is not only a contractual requirement under these Terms but also a critical stipulation of Google's Third‑Party Click Tracking Services policy (2026).

  • Visible Redirect Parameter Required – You shall not conceal, encrypt, shorten, or obfuscate the next-hop landing page URL in any tracking link. Every tracking URL used with Google Ads Mode must include a clearly visible redirect query parameter that explicitly states the destination URL.
  • Redirect Honored Over Backend-Only Destination – When a visible redirect parameter is present, ClickEasyLink honors it as the next hop. You shall not configure or rely on a backend-only destination (for example a stored target_url) to send users somewhere other than the URL disclosed in redirect. You also shall not use techniques intended to present a different URL to the ad platform than the one the end user will ultimately visit.
  • Visible Parameter Integrity – All advertising identifiers (such as GCLID, WBRAID, GBRAID, MSCLKID) and landing page indicators must remain as plain‑text query string parameters throughout the entire click flow, enabling full auditability by advertising platforms.

ClickEasyLink's own Google Ads Mode (200 OK) is built to satisfy these transparency standards by design. If you choose to use Standard Redirect Mode, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your configuration keeps declared and experienced destinations aligned with applicable ad-platform policies.

4.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice. ClickEasyLink reserves the right to remove any tracking links that violate these policies and to report illegal activities to the relevant advertising platforms and law enforcement authorities. Fees paid for any period during which your account is terminated for a policy violation are non‑refundable.

5. Subscription & Billing

ClickEasyLink offers tiered subscription plans based on monthly tracked events (sessions). The current plans and pricing are detailed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the billing terms set forth in this section.

5.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount (equivalent to two months free). All fees are non‑refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

5.2 Plan Tiers & Event Limits

Each plan includes a specified number of monthly tracked events. Events are counted as any click, impression, or conversion recorded by our system. The event limits for our standard plans are:

  • Free Trial – up to 5,000 events (14 days)
  • Starter – up to 100,000 events per month
  • Professional – up to 500,000 events per month
  • Enterprise – up to 3,000,000 events per month (custom limits available)

5.3 Overage Policy

If your tracked events exceed your plan's monthly limit, we will not interrupt your tracking service. You will receive automated email notifications when your usage reaches 80% and 100% of your quota. Overage fees are calculated at the rate of $0.15 per 1,000 additional events, rounded up to the nearest thousand, and are invoiced on your next regular billing date. You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time during the billing cycle, and the prorated difference will be charged immediately. Enterprise clients can negotiate custom overage rates and volume discounts directly with our sales team.

5.4 Payment Methods

ClickEasyLink accepts a variety of payment methods to accommodate our global client base:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets – PayPal, Stripe
  • Cryptocurrency – USDT (TRC20 / ERC20) and Bitcoin (BTC) for annual plans

All payment information is encrypted and processed by industry‑leading PCI‑compliant payment gateways. ClickEasyLink does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

5.5 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain full access to the Service until that date. If you cancel during the initial 14‑day free trial, no charges will be incurred. Except for the free trial period, all fees are non‑refundable unless a refund is required by applicable law. In the event of a proven Service outage exceeding 99.5% uptime in a given month, you may request a prorated service credit.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClickEasyLink strives to provide accurate, real‑time tracking data; however, no tracking system can guarantee 100% accuracy under all circumstances. The following external factors — which are entirely beyond our control — may affect the completeness or accuracy of the data reported by the Service:

  • Third‑Party API Instability – Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other advertising platforms may update, deprecate, or impose rate limits on their APIs, temporarily affecting data synchronization, cost imports, or offline conversion uploads.
  • Browser Privacy Restrictions – Technologies such as Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) in Safari, Enhanced Tracking Prevention in Firefox, and similar privacy features may limit the lifespan of first‑party cookies, impact client‑side tracking, or prevent the transmission of referrer headers. We mitigate these effects through server‑side attribution and first‑party cookie strategies, but residual data loss is possible.
  • Network & Infrastructure – DDoS attacks, Internet backbone disruptions, Cloudflare platform outages, or client‑side network failures may result in temporary tracking interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLICKEASY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, wasted advertising expenditure, data inaccuracies, or reputational harm — regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to ClickEasyLink during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Compliance Commitment

ClickEasyLink is architected from the ground up to satisfy — and in many respects exceed — the requirements of Google's Third‑Party Click Tracking Services certification and related policies applicable in 2026. We do not treat compliance as an afterthought; it is a foundational design principle.

  • Transparent Redirects by Design – In our Google Ads Mode (200 OK), every tracking URL exposes the next-hop landing page through a clearly visible and auditable redirect parameter. That parameter is honored as the navigation target and is not overridden by a backend-only destination, supporting transparent disclosure under Google's Third‑Party Click Tracking requirements.
  • Parameter Integrity – All advertising identifiers (GCLID, WBRAID, GBRAID, MSCLKID) are transmitted as plain‑text query strings. The system maintains detailed logs of these parameters for audit purposes, as required by Google and other platforms.
  • Data Minimization & Retention – We process only the data necessary for attribution and fraud prevention, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Raw click logs are automatically purged after 90 days, and we never build cross‑site user profiles from tracking data.
  • Continuous Monitoring – Our compliance team actively monitors advertising platform policy updates and adjusts the Service to maintain ongoing conformity. Clients are notified of any changes that may require action on their part.

If you are an advertiser subject to Google's ad policies, you can rely on ClickEasyLink to provide an audit‑ready tracking environment that actively protects your accounts from policy violations.
